Common questions
What if my internet goes down?
Call or WhatsApp our hotline, or raise a ticket in Self-Care. Our NOC checks your line remotely right away and sends a local technician if needed — every issue is resolved the same day.
Do you offer business connections?
Yes. We connect offices, shops, schools and clinics with static IP, scalable bandwidth and priority same-day support. Call or WhatsApp us for a quote.
Is there a connection fee?
No connection fee except for the Econ (525) plan. Fiber optic cable and accessories are free.
Can I bring my own device (BYD)?
Yes — there is no additional charge for using your own device. If we provide an EPON/GPON/XPON device, a refundable security deposit of 600–800 Taka is required.
What is bufferless cached content?
Popular platforms like YouTube, Facebook and TikTok are served from cache servers (including Akamai CDN) inside our network, so streaming starts faster with less buffering.
What is VAS?
Value-Added Services (VAS) include up to 100 Mbps access to BDIX, FTP servers, SAMONLINE, IPTV and more.
What is Public IP (IPv6)?
A unique, globally reachable IPv6 address assigned to your connection, enabling direct internet access and better connectivity for advanced applications.
What is a Static IP?
A fixed IP address that never changes — ideal for freelancers, remote access, CCTV/NVR and servers.
How do I pay my bill or check my account?
