Use a cable for real numbers
Wi-Fi loses speed through walls and distance. Test on a LAN cable, or stand next to the router on 5 GHz.
Pause other usage
Downloads, updates, streaming or other devices on your network share the same bandwidth during the test.
Still slower than your plan?
Restart your ONU and router, test again — then tell us. We’ll check your line the same day.
